These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website (banterbros.co.uk) and any orders placed through it. Using the site means you’re agreeing to everything below.

2. Ordering From Us

• When you order, we’ll send you a confirmation email – this just means your order’s in.

• We can cancel or refund orders at our discretion (don’t worry, we rarely do unless it’s sus). 

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include all applicable charges (no surprise extras).

• Payment is required in full at checkout.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other safe payment options.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 working days.

• Delivery is via Evri, Royal Mail or other tracked courier, aiming for 2–4 working days.

• You’ll get tracking info once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

• Delays caused by couriers, strikes, or rogue pigeons are beyond our control – but we’ll always help if something’s gone wrong. 

5. Returns & Refunds

You’re covered under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it – as long as:

• It’s unused and in its original packaging

• It’s not a custom or personalised item (those are non-refundable unless faulty)

To return:

• Email support@banterbros.co.uk with your order number and reason

• We’ll send the return address and instructions

• You’re responsible for return postage unless we’ve made a mistake

Once we’ve got the item back and inspected it, you’ll get your refund within 7 working days 

6. Product Info

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and designs may vary slightly.

All sizes and specs are approximate.

Our products contain sarcasm, mild profanity, and high levels of truth.

7. Promo Codes & Offers

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added after payment

• Only one discount per order unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time, especially if someone’s taking the pee!

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including product designs, card slogans, text, images, and branding – is the intellectual property of Infinite Ventures Global Limited.

Steal it and we’ll send more than just a strongly worded letter.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We’re not liable for any indirect losses, emotional trauma, or family arguments caused by one of our cards

• Our total liability is limited to the cost of your order

• This doesn’t affect your rights under UK law

• Do anything illegal, abusive, or just plain weird on our site

• Copy, scrape, or hack our site for your own boring brand
