Returns Policy

We get it – sometimes things don’t go to plan. Whether your delivery got dropkicked by the postie or you’ve just changed your mind, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds at Banter Bros.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. You then have another 14 days to send it back. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
• You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
• Custom or personalised products
• Opened label packs or used notepads
• Anything that looks like it’s been “tested” and put back in the box
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that arrive damaged, used, or clearly not in resellable condition.
How to request a return
Email support@banterbros.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• A brief reason for return
• A photo if there’s an issue or damage
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
Return postage
You’re responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
• The item arrived damaged or faulty
• We sent the wrong item (oops – rare, but it happens)
We recommend using a tracked service. If your return goes missing and it’s not tracked, we can’t issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item and checked it, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
You’ll get an email confirming once it’s done – no need to chase unless it’s been more than 10 days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want something else, just place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Items that arrive damaged
If something arrives broken, battered or clearly not what you ordered – email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll either refund or replace it ASAP.
