Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order from our chaos to your doorstep as fast as humanly (and postally) possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our beautifully offensive merch.
Dispatch Times
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During peak seasons (like Christmas, calendar drops or viral sell-outs), this may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
UK Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses via Evri, Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Tracked services may be used for larger orders or bundles like the Banter Box.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left us. If tracking is available, it will be included in that email.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.
We occasionally run free shipping offers – keep an eye on our homepage or email list.
Local Pickup or Click & Collect
Not currently available – we’re online only (unless you’re breaking into the warehouse, which we wouldn’t recommend).
International Shipping
At the moment, we’re focused on UK deliveries only. If you’re outside the UK and dying to get your hands on our products, email support@banterbros.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do. International shipping is something we’re working on.
Missed Deliveries or Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK), email support@banterbros.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate faster than your mum can say “Where’s my mug?”
If the courier confirms your item is lost, we’ll either refund you or resend it – your choice.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you’ve accidentally sent your order to your ex’s house, email us immediately. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it’s already gone, we’ll do our best to help – but we can’t guarantee free replacements for customer errors.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in custom Banter Bros packaging (because aesthetics matter). We do our best to keep packaging eco-conscious and smash-proof.
